ABOUT ICS INDIA
Arun Pratap Singh completed his Master’s in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from Tata Institute of Social Science (TISS), Mumbai in 2010. He graduated in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering from Pt. Ravisankar Shukla University in 2004 and completed his Post-Graduation in Advance Computing from C-DAC, Pune in 2005.
Arun has worked with Steria India Limited (Xansa India Ltd.) for two and a half years. He has also worked with companies like Rastriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited, CHEP Ind. Ltd (Brambles Group Company), ABG shipyard, and Novartis as project trainee during his Master’s program. He implemented projects in the areas of Training Design and Evaluation, Balance Scorecard, Reward Management, Performance Management System and Innovation with these companies.
He has been working as Senior Consultant with Idea Connection Systems India since June 2010. Arun believes that the ability to innovate is a vital core competency. It is one that every leader should possess in order to build high-sustained growth and profitability. Innovation will separate you from your competition. Innovation changes the organization and this change can be initiated anywhere in the organization, even at the lowest level.
