Congratulations on your approved registration for the ISPI™ Certification Training Course! Certification demonstrates your commitment to the profession and understanding Human Dynamics. Receiving your certification shows your peers, supervisors and, in turn, the general public your commitment to your chosen career and your ability to perform to set standards. Certification sets you apart as a leader in your field. On this page you will find all the resources you need to prepare for a successful ISPI™ Certification Training. In order to fully become a ISPI Certified Practitioner, All students must complete our multi-day Certification Training and will be required to successfully demonstrate understanding the concepts presented during the course. Students will be required to perform two (2) feedback sessions post-Certification Training. Details are listed at the bottom of this page.

This package contains several documents which are REQUIRED to be submitted 1 Week prior to your certification course start date. We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with this materials found below.

ADVANCED READING MATERIALS:
Certification Training Course covers chapters on LEVERAGING DIFFERENCES as found in both these books. You may download our Advanced Reading Materials Package which contains both required chapters.
IDENTIFYING PEOPLE IN YOUR NETWORK
Part of the ISPI™ Certification Training Course requires all participants to administer the ISPI™ to five (5) people in your network shortly after class work finishes. To help participants successfully complete this step of certification, each student who completes the 3 day intensive training will be given his or her own unique database to work with. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you identify 5 people you would like to give individual and/or group ISPI™ feedback to in your close network. Many people ask parents, life partners, close friends or co-workers to take the ISPI™. You will learn during certification how to give feedback and will be given the task to run feedback sessions with them. You will be instructed to give out five (5) ISPI™ licenses and will include easy directions for your chosen network members to follow so that their results automatically populate your new personal database. ADVANCED VIDEO STUDY | INNOVATION BOOTCAMP:
ISPI™ Certification Training Course requires all participants to watch and become familiarized with our Innovation Bootcamp Video Series (Foundation Series). Please be sure that you allocate enough time to review these videos. We encourage you to view them multiple times.

The ISPI™ Certification Training Course utilizes textbooks in addition to excerpts from two published novels – excerpts can be downloaded directly from this webpage during Certification Training sessions. All textbooks are included in your tuition cost and will be made available at the start of your ISPI™ Certification Training Course.

All students of our ISPI™ Certification Training will be recognized as an Official Certified ISPI™ Practitioner after he or she completes (1) multi-day Certification Training, (2) successfully delivers independent INDIVIDUAL and GROUP feedback sessions and (3) Complete the Post-Certification Survey.
ISPI™ POST – CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
All students of our ISPI™ Certification Training will be recognized as an Official Certified ISPI™ Practitioner after he or she completes:
- Multi-day Certification Training
- Successfully delivers independent INDIVIDUAL and GROUP feedback sessions
- Completes our Post-Certification Survey-PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR POST CERTIFICATION FOLLOWUP
Using provided tools please give an INDIVIDUAL ISPI™ feedback session AND give four (4) or more people together a GROUP ISPI™ feedback session After you deliver your required feedback sessions you will need to complete a post-certification survey. You will receive a special email from the HumanGrid team that contains a unique URL link to this survey. If you do not get this email within 1 week after certification, please contact HumanGrid at support@myhumangrid.com To gain access to the required survey and if you have any questions, please contact us via support@myhumangrid.com

6 Week Follow up
We believe your success is our success. To help recent Certification students successfully apply the learning and lessons of our training course,six weeks after the close of certification we will host a 60-90 minute virtual alumni gathering. While this gathering is not deemed mandatory, it is very helpful to your fellow classmates. During this virtual meeting our teachers and students will have the opportunity to ask additional questions, share challenges and solutions encountered with providing individual and group feedback sessions. These follow up meetings also provide an excellent opportunity to learn new and exciting applications of the ISPI™ and other HumanGrid instruments. Please be sure to mark and clear your calendar for this important follow up date. We look forward to seeing you at certification!
